First Aid for Mental Health - Level 1,2 & 3 available

First aid for mental health is the initial support provided to a person experiencing a mental health problem.

Many people are not performing as well as they could due to personal challenges.

In 2017, the government commissioned Lord Stephenson

and Paul Farmer to independently review the role

employers can play to better support individuals with

mental health conditions in the workplace.

The review recommends employers of all sizes can and

should put in place.

Our trainers will help your business enhance their employee

engagement by investing in certified training in Awareness of

Mental Health in the Workplace. First Aid for Mental Health or

Supervising First Aid for Mental Health.

Recent research shows companies that invested in the wellbeing

of their employees are able to reduce absenteeism, reduce turnover

and attrition rates and increase productivity.
