Customer Service and Mindset Training – With a difference!

This course can be used to highlight your company values and the individual’s importance in the success of maintaining those values and the success of your company, as well as encouraging a positive attitude.

Previous delegates have given tremendous feedback on their Customer Service Training and evaluations often include that this session has been one of the best training days they’ve experienced.  Training evaluations have also highlighted a desire for a follow-up training session to keep them enthused, motivated and positive.  A ‘Mindset’ half day was trialled and again was proven to be extremely useful in keeping delegates enthused and motivated whilst educating them on how to practice further mindset tools, assisting them in not only setting goals but also in achieving them.  Many delegates fed back that they have found themselves to be much more focused and their energy to be increased from this half-day session.

Mental Health First Aid Training

First aid for mental health is the initial support provided to a person experiencing a mental health problem.

 Many people are not performing as well as the could due to personal challenges.

 In 2017, the government commissioned Lord Stephenson and Paul Farmer to independently review the role employers can play to better support individuals with mental health conditions in the workplace.

The review recommends employers of all sizes can and should put in place. 

 Our trainers will help your business enhance their employee engagement by investing in certified training in Awareness of MHFA, First Aid for Mental Health or Supervising First Aid for Mental Health.

 Recent research shows companies that invested in the wellbeing of their employees are able to reduce absenteeism, reduce turnover and attrition rates and increase productivity

First Aid Training 

All of our First Aid training courses are designed for workplaces and we ensure we know information about your specific workplace to tailor the training to meet the needs of all delegates.  You never know when you might need to use first aid skills and have the confidence to act in a potentially life-threatening situation.  Our First Aid training is delivered to be interactive and our instructors have extensive experience of using first aid in and out of the training room.
